The formed core is assembled with the HV /LV coils along with required insulation and core clamps. The whole assembly and it’s connections are made so robust so as to with stand short circuit jerks which are quite common in rural electrification in India. Besides testing of the individual components, each transformer is tested as per agreed standards of acceptance.
