    "COLT" Track Rollers are life time lubricated and maintenance free.    Forged from deep hardening alloy steels.     Shells are properly hardened in order to achieve inner strength and again heat treated to achieve hard surface with maximum case depth. This ensures tread life is equal to links wear life.     Shell treadpath and flanges are re-buildable     Shafts are made from high carbon steel and again properly heat treated to ensure maximum life.     Shafts are sophisticated machined in order to ensure maximum Bush life.     Bi- metallic type bushes are used. Their external steel shell , are resistant to any type of deformations and keep their shape perfectly. The inner layer of brass is an excellent anti-friction.     End collars are made of good quality ductile cast iron which offers maximum inner strength and are able to absorb maximum impact and shock loads without cracking. Thrust surfaces are induction hardened for better axial load capacity.     Superior quality seal groups (refer to seal group section) are used in order to avoid leakage problems and improving shelf life

Our track rollers form an integral part of the track system for a wide range of brands available in the market. We ensure the highest quality of manufacturing to provide a longer lifecycle to the rollers considering the extreme working conditions they undergo   The track rollers are mounted at the bottom of the track frame. Each earth moving equipment is built heavy and hence the rollers are bound to carry the majority of the weight of the machine during operations. They are also expected to endure heavy wear and tear during multiple operations, including the roller friction and shock loads. This also creates heat in the interiors of the rollers as well as surface to add to the wear.   ​Features​​ ​ The raw material selected for the machining of the rollers of high quality and then machined to precision. We also consider a higher factor in machining to achieve the exact dimensions to suit the application.  ​ The material selected is 40mnB which is high-quality steel. This component undergoes quenching, induction hardening and tempering to reach surface hardness of about 50-55HRC and a hardening depth of 4.5mm ​ All irregularities from the surface are machined out to have an even surface of operation.  ​ The roller shafts are smoothly polished to reduce surface friction. This improves the life of the rollers by about 20-30%. The surface roughness is kept lower than the industry standard average of about Ra 0.8-1.6 to provide an extended lifecycle.  ​ The roller seals are provided with 3% of Mo (Molybdenum). The standard lifecycle of these seals is also higher by about 20-30% more than the standard ones available in the market. 

MRS has a capability of manufacturing various customer special bearings in-accordance to the application requirements. MRS can produce bearings with special coats and heat treatment processes wherein the standard products cannot be utilized.

Track rollers are designed to run on all types of tracks and to be used in cam drives, conveyor systems, etc. The outer ring running surface is crowned as standard. With the exception of single row cam rollers, track rollers are also available with a cylindrical (flat) outer ring running surface. SKF supplies track rollers greased, sealed and ready-to-mount. They are available in many different types and designs and for a wide variety of operating conditions and applications. The assortment includes: cam rollers (yoke-type track rollers based on ball bearings, fig. 1, fig. 2) support rollers (yoke-type track rollers based on roller bearings, fig. 3) cam followers (stud-type track rollers based on roller bearings, fig. 4)

It consists of two rectangular steel tubing frames. One is stationary, the other is movable. it is supported in a nyalguide sliding block and arcuate bar system, and has ab idler roller at either end. The web can be fed over the Tracking Roller Assemblies in A ‘U’ shaped path, reversing its direction of travel, or through the Tracking Roller Assemblies in a ‘Z’ configuration, maintaining the same direction of travel. It is insensitive to attitude and can even be mounted upside down. Solidly supported on all four corners by nylaguide bearings, it is not subject to deflections caused by cantilever stresses. Radial bearings are sealed, and linear bearings are self – cleaning and self – lubrication. The unit therefore requires no maintenance.

Track rollers are self-retaining, single or double row units with particularly thick-walled outer rings. These bearings can support axial forces in both directions as well as high radial forces. The bearing outer rings have a crowned or cylindrical outside surface. Designs with a crowned outside surface are used where there is misalignment in relation to the raceway and edge stresses must be avoided. The track rollers are available with an inner ring, with a stud and with a plastic tyre on the outer ring. INA track rollers LR52 and LR53 – now available in X-life quality INA track rollers series LR52 and LR53 are now available in X-life quality. They can now transmit higher radial loads and have a longer rating life thanks to the optimized internal design.The external dimensions of the new bearings have not changed, which means they can replace earlier bearings without difficulty.
