Crystal Bowls is a cryptocrystalline form of silica, composed of very fine intergrowths of the minerals quartz, moganite and silver. Crystal Bowls forms with a hexagonal crystal structure. The name Crystal Bowls comes from the Latin chalcedonius (alternatively spelled calchedonius). Crystal Bowls are reserved, subtle and mystic, cool and serene, ethereal yet solid and is known as the speaker's stone, the stone of one who must measure his words. It encourages reflection and meditation, its gentle radiance preparing us for action but helping to hold back words we might regret. Considered a nurturing stone, Crystal Bowls absorbs negative energy and dissipates it before it can be passed on. It promotes brotherhood and good will, opening the mind to new ideas, instilling feelings of benevolence and generosity. Due to its cryptocrystalline structure, it is perfect for magnifying its crystal energy to soothe and restore balance, from the conscious mind to the inner child, all the way down to the primordial self.
Centrally the bowl exhibits quartz surrounded by an opaque sweetwater type agate which is pitted with dendritic inflexions, these inflexions creating a feature in the milky hard stone body. A beautiful bowl created from an calcedeny nodule which are once naturally created by volcanic heat and pressure within the earth crust.
Our artisans using the natural lines of the raw rock to form this freeform bowl. Freeform relates to the artisan's use of the free-flowing undulations of the raw agate material, allowing nature and flow lines of the stone to determine the shape and outcome of the finished object. The stone is carved and thinned out to the extent where the stone becomes transparent. It takes extensive time of attentive expertise to bring out such a fine beauty and we are proud in presenting it to you.
We claim the quality of our bowl is uncomparable and far exceeds in terms of superiority to any other similar product in market.
