These valves are used on tyre tubes of off – the – road vehicles. The rubber base of the spud is cured with the tube and the valve is screwed on to the threaded portion of the spud. Assembly contains valve core , bridge washer and metal dust cap.

Have same features as swivel type valve except that it is a straight nonswivel type valve. The valve supplied with eme metal valve based spud , valve core and metal dust cap.

This spud fits on to 20.650 mm (0.813") tubeless rim hole by the clamp – in rubber g r omme t s e a l I n g method and is used in eme valve extensions and valve stems.

Eme-403 constructed of stainless steel bodies for use in high pressure absorber unit, hydrauic pressure accumulators, surge cylinders, nitrogen charging units and high-pressure pneumatic system. Valves have ½" - 20 u.n.f. - 3a threads for connections to containers. Eme - 404 high-pressure inflating connection. Fits 305-32" thread size with 38" - 24 thread for 316" flare tube fitting meets ms336556e3. Has core depressor pin and copper sealing washer. For maximum working pressure 3000 psi.

Spud is available with rubber base 114.00 mm ( 4.488") in dia. And 12.700 mm (0.500") in thickness at the centre. Ready for attachment to convertible large bore screw on type valves. Has 0.482" – 26 external threads.

The eme – 9009 a is flexible extension for super large bore valve with two pics of hex nuts. The specially designed fittings and thermoplastic hose will not fatigue or crush during service. Corrosion problems are eliminated.

The eme – 9009 d is designated at tire and rim. It is an integral part of the system. This core housing is completed with the valve core and metal valve cap.
