The Mini Plasma Spray Extension Gun is a versatile production gun designed for internal diameter coating applications.
The Mini Plasma Spray gun operates up to 15 kW power in the subsonic mode and is available in two spray angle hardware configrations: 45º and straight-head.
It can deposit coatings into diameters as small as 38mm (1.5 in.).
The Mini Plasma Spray Extension Gun is a versatile production gun designed for internal diameter coating applications.

Thermal spraying process inherently generates noise level above threshold limits.
Therefore, it is necessary to bring down noise level to permissible limit, apart from collecting over sprayed dust & fumes acoustic cells are designed for both purposes: for reducing noise level as well as to arrest extra sprayed dust & fumes so as to keep clean condition of operation.
MEC has designed modular series of Acoustic chambers with several options.
