We are offering garware xtra. 100% acrylic exterior paint garware xtra 100% acrylic exterior paint is premium water based, high performance, long lasting exterior paint, formulated to suit the extreme tropical conditions of high rainfall, humidity and heat. the product is based on 100% acrylic resin and hence it forms a tough and flexible protective film, with an excellent bonding to the substrate, which prevents peeling off or cracking for years together. garware xtra 100% contains a unique combination of surface protectants, which are released slowly over a long period of time. This actively helps not only to prevent the fungal & algae growth, but also, ensures constant surface activity against these irritants for a long period. salient features: � excellent out-door durability � very good colour retention � faster drying � smooth & matt finish � excellent resistance to fungal and algae growth � easy to apply and maintain � superior washability & scrub resistance � very wide range of beautiful colours � very good coverage thus good value for money. typical application: recommended for exteriors and interiors of houses, architectural and commercial buildings, where high standard of surface protection is expected. surface preparation: the surface to be painted must be free of all dust, grease, traces of paint flakes, etc. surfaces previously coated with cement paint must be cleaned thoroughly with a stiff coir brush, to remove dust, dirt, chalking or any friable material. This ensures proper adhesion of the new paint system. Attack is great treat ment with garware antifungal solution is imperative. Parapet tops and other horizontal surfaces require special attention in this respect. The surface should be allowed to dry completely after fungicidal treatment. all structural cracks must be filled with white cement and leakages should be stopped, before actual painting. Application methods: can be applied by brush, roller or spray. When the surface is clean and dry, excel 100%, thinned with 100% by volume of clean water, should be applied as primer coat. However, for previously painted surfaces, two topcoats can be directly applied on properly prepared surfaces, without applying a primer coat. after the priming coats has dried (2-3 hrs) two final coats of excel 100% can be applied after thinning the paint with 40 � 50% by volume of clean water. additional coat is recommended on parapet tops and other horizontal surfaces for better protection from algae and fungus. packs available: 1 ltr, 4 ltrs, 10 ltrs, 20 ltrs.
