Currently we are dealing with following types of IBR certified boilers- Horizontal Steam Boilers In this segment we offer highly efficient 3 pass wet pack, horizontal smoke tube boiler. These boilers are fabricated in compliance with IBR/ASME/DIN code. We conduct the complete designing and installation of these boilers as per the clients’ requirements. These boilers are precision engineered and have easy access for inspection and cleaning ensuring maximum safety and highest efficiency at clients end. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION Capacity - 0.5 TPH - 6 TPH. Pressure- 10.54 Kg/cm2 to 21 Kg/cm2. Steam Temperature- Saturated. Fuel- Coal, Saw Dust, Husk, Bagasse and Agro waste. Thermal Efficiency : 75% on NCV of Fuels 78% on NCV of Fuels with Heat Recovery units. Furnace - Single and double.   FEATURES Higher radiation as well as convection heat transfer areas. Larger heating surface results in reduction in the thermal stress which results in long life of boiler. Sufficient steam storage space which ensures uniform steam pressure without priming. Low system lag and rapid steaming response.   Water Tube Boilers To deal with super heated steam we design and supply water tube boilers according to our customer need. This boiler come with preheaters which further enhance efficiency of boiler and lowers the operating cost considerable.   TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION Capacity - 6TPH TO 100 TPH. Pressure - 10.54 Kg/cm2 to 67 Kg/cm2. Steam Temperature- Upto 500 Deg Celsius. Fuel- Coal, Baggase, Ricehusk and wood chips.
