Avalose
Avalose is a natural, healthy and traditional food of our ancestors. Prepared from unpolished red rice by adding coconut, organic jaggery, country ghee and spices like cardamom, fenugreek, dry ginger etc, it makes a wholesome food.
Due to its high energy and fibre content, it helps the red blood corpuscles to increase the oxygen absorption and keeps our body active. This phenomenon also regulates the blood pressure. It’s a nutritious food for the young girls, feeding mothers and athletes.
Serving: 50 grams for children and 100 grams for adults. This can be taken directly or with banana or soaking in hot/cold milk. It’s a healthy snack for the morning/evening and an instant food during travel.
