The digitally printable microthin plywood sheets are available in thickness of 450 microns (0.45mm 0.018”). The advanced microthin plywood technology unique to Nissiwood ensures that the original nature of the wood is retained, resulting in microthin printable wood sheets with beautiful natural grains and a woody aroma.

250 Micron Paperback Wood Paper Sheets Nissiwood paperback wood paper sheets are made from a microthin layer of veneer bonded with a layer of transparent paper. This wood paper is available in 250 microns (0.25mm 0.01”). Wood paper is characterized by the smoothness of the wooden side. 250 microns paper wood is compatible with many digital printers and can be easily printed even in curved passage. Materials which have a special coating are offered suitable for desk top printing. Its flexibility makes it the ideal material for making many products, and hence it is popularly used to make wooden labels, wooden box covers, wooden brochures, wooden note pads, wooden diary covers and wooden envelopes. Wood paper sheets are also used for masking objects to get the wood feel. A layer of adhesive can be added for application after printing.

We are offering wooden blanks for swipe cards for those who manufacture swipe cards, we provide 0.76 mm 0.03” 760 micron thick 12” x 18” size wooden sheet blanks for making biodegradable and eco-friendly swipe cards. These sheets can be applied with magnetic strips, die cut and printed in bulk. Baltic birch with fsc certification is used in the making of these sheets. All materials used within are eco-friendly and sustainable. Wood sheets are extra smooth to make printing very easy. Nissiwood flexible wood sheets cannot be compared to the normal sheets in this thickness as these do not break on usage. These bendable wood sheets are made with smooth surface for good print ability and workability. Ideal for wine bottle wraps, luxury soap boxes, gift boxes, perfumery boxes, certificate cases etc. Though made in 12 x 18” usually, other special sizes are also available if ordered in larger quantity. Thicknesses available in bendable wood sheets are 600 microns (0.6mm 0.024”), 900 microns (0.9mm 0.035”) and 1200 microns (1.2mm 0.047”).
