altracrete tile grouts are made from cement and polymers color pigmented to match the requirement it is less water absorbent, which reduces thermal expansion in tiles. It is hard and durable. ALTRACRETE tile fix master adhesive are specially formulated polymer compound. Adhesives are usually powder based on sand and cement, and most importantly also contain significant chemical / polymers to enhance and regulate the physical and chemical properties of the adhesive powder. Tile fix master can be used on floor and walls with the increased usage of ceramic / vitrified tiles in construction and the development of more demanding performance criteria, there is need to adopt speciality technical products to ensure good fixing of allied products such as mosaics, granite or marble. It is supplied in 20 kg bag factory sealed containers of this product are guaranteed to be of first quality for 1 year if stored off the ground in a dry area high humidity will reduce the shelf life of bagged product. Benefits Clean the subsstrate of oil stains and bond inhibiting compound. Also remove dirt, dust, paints and laitance, if any, using high pressure water jet or any other suitable method. Ensure that the surface stable and has a normal absorption. Gradually add 3 part of powder to 1 part of water (by volume). Always add powder to water. Do not attempt to extend the pot life by adding more water to mix. Do not attempt to add any other binders or fillers This ready mix mortar is for purpose of making battens only. Do not attempt to fix roofing tiles directly to surface with this material. At least 7 days water curing require for strong bonding and strength to battens. Please confirm dimensions of batten with the applicator or roofing tile manufacture.

Gradually add 3 part of powder to 1 part of water by volume and mix it to smooth, workable paste. Always add powder to water. Apply adhesive on the back side of the roof tile. Apply adhesive to the surface of tile which will be fixed on the roof slope (surface). Material is non curing no need of water curing. Do not attempt to add any other binders or fillers as the material is ready to use.

ALTRACRETE crack seal master is made from white cement and specially formulated polymer compounds to fill plaster crack up to 5mm x 5mm polymers in the product make it water resistant and can take thermal expansion developed in the crack.
