These are distribution boards that are fed in from the primary power sources and they distribute this power to various electronic devices and distribution boards. They have a wide application in industries both for internal and external use and therefore, are quite robust and durable to withstand different climatic conditions. We fabricate all types of HT & LT Electrical & Instrumentation Control Panels for various applications. We manufacture these HT/LT Panels at our workshop based in Kolkata. We offer a comprehensive range of Tubular, Octagonal, Swaged and High Mast Poles that are used in area lighting. High Mast Poles are preferred over conventional lighting, because they can achieve very large space to height ratios. They can illuminate large areas without the need for numerous lighting columns.​ Octagonal Poles are optimal for street lighting purposes. These poles are used in different environments like car parks, stock yard, road junction, town center, airport lighting, motor ways, service area, railway yard lighting, docks & harbors, industrial area, sports stadium, shopping precincts etc. Our range of poles are acclaimed for their quality features, designs, and high performance. Swaged Poles are generally used as street lighting poles. Our poles are appreciated for their striking features like precise dimension, corrosion resistance, high efficiency and performance. The masts are continuously tapered, generally 20 sided polygonal, presenting a good visual appearance. They are constructed from special steel as per BSEN 10025/IS 5986, Grade Fe 510 or equivalent with excellent UTS, Yield Stress and elongation & corrosion resistant properties along with suitable weldability. The plates are cut and folded to form a 20 side polygonal cross section and welded longitudinally as per BS 5135/ IS 10178.​

AB Switches are a prerequisite unit of all overhead power transmission lines that are used to connect or disconnect the power system of a certain part of overhead cable and Transformer from the main power distribution line. We at HEPL manufacture these up to 33KV. Air Break Switches are designed as double or triple post construction (depending on their type) which can be mounted both horizontally and vertically with the electrical double pole structure. They are usually found in groups of 3 switches serially installed which are operated together. Hence the name "Gang Operated Air Break Switch" (GOAB Switch).​ Generally 11KV AB Switches & 22KV AB Switches are used in Power Distribution line and 33KV AB Switches are used in Power Generation & Power Transmission Line.
