Honeycombs as well as solid timber strips infill are then used to fill up the hollow core between the door skins for strength and stability. The door skins are made of high quality HDF, which ensured minimal moisture retention and bloating, as compared to MDF door skins. Compared to other types of doors, skin doors have near to zero defects and do not expand or contract as much, even in extreme climate conditions. Even if they experience severe expansion and contraction, skin doors will still retain their shape.

Swastik Plus is made from high quality core veneers of uniform thickness. The bonding of veneers is done using Melamine Urea Formaldehyde resin. It is dimensionsionally stable and durable for lasting service. Bonded with high quality resins it is pressed under heat, pressure and controlled conditions to obtain superior plywood. Swastik Plus is treated with certain complex chemicals, which makes it Termite and Borer resistant Application: Swastik Plus MR grade is used mainly for indoors like office and computer furniture, wall paneling, partitions etc., whereas it can also be used for Kitchen and Bathroom furniture, Wall mounting etc.
