    Rass-O’-Nil® is the one-step clean steel treatment and Corrosion Prevention nano-technology. Rass-O’-Nil treats the steel and deposits an ultra-fine conductive polymerised metallic phosphate deposit that protects steel from corrosion. Rass-O’-Nil enhances coating adhesion to the steel, protects the steel from rust in saline, acidic, and alkaline environments, and improves the finish coating or paint’s quality. Rass-O’-Nil ® protects structural and fabricated steel and powder coating, e-coating, electroplating and paint from corrosion on ocean transit and weathering. Exposure to the ocean is the hardest test for steel products.The salty atmosphere corrodes the metal and the finish coating flakes off. Steel surface treatment Quality: The Rass-O’-Nil treated steel surface withstood more than 900 hours of salt spray, passed the 1.5 kg scratch test, and the adhesion test. The saline and corrosive atmosphere around Oil Installations and Thermal Power Plants corrodes the metal and the paint flakes off. Rass-O’-Nil® treatment on the steel surface of oil wells and the plates of tanks helps the topcoat on the metal withstand aggressive weathering. Rass-O’-Nil® increases paint adhesion.
