We provide hydraulic power packs as per customer requirements. We also design power packs based on the application of the machine. Over the years we have supplied hydraulic power packs and manifolds across various industries like aluminium rolling and foil industry, chemical processing industry, insulator industry , mining industry, pipe industry , textile industry, etc.

We are manufacturing all critical components for Cutter Suction Dredgers of various sizes . We are undertaking overhauling of old mechancial dredgers and customizing the equipment as per customer's / job requirements. Some of these dredger parts which have been manufactured and successfully replaced in old dredgers includes:   Complete hydraulic systems ( including valves, manifolds and accessories). These primarily include Cutter Manifold, Ladder Winch Manifold, Foreside Winch Manifold & Spud Cylinder Manifold Cutter Assembly Winches ( Both ladder and swing winches) Spud Cylinders Gear Box for dredge pump Complete electrical controls    Extreme care has been taken while designing of all critical components so as to ensure high performance even in harsh sea environment. Many critical components are also being imported from best manufacturers around the world so as to ensure relaibility and longivity. All components are designed and manufactured so as to ensure that the performance is at par with those premium dredgers being imported from Europe, etc We are also maintaining critical spares for Cutter Suction Dredgers which are being imported from Europe, etc and can also provide replacement options for discontinued parts. We are also providing technical support during critical hydraulic and electrical breakdowns at site during production/ in midst of a job.

More than 50 such machines are in operation with almost all leading manufacturers throughout the world for over 25 years.the machine and the technology has been indegeniously developed by us and is a very simple and easy to operate.

We are offering combined h f testing machine. Combined high frequency & power frequency testing machine for disc insulators is a unique product which ensures two test being conducted "in line" with minimal use of man power as well as minimal handling of the product.

We are offering automatic grogging machine. Automatic sanding grogging machine is a production machine the machine provides automation in the grogging process wherein both inside and outside grogging is carried out at a single station. The machine has several fault annunciation as well as trouble shooting features for easy operation by use of plc and hmi.

We are offering porosity testing machine. Machines up to 9001200 bar (in different sizes, as required) are manufactured to carry out the above test as per test specifications. More than 60 such machines are in operation for the last 30 years with all major insulator manufacturers in the country as well as abroad.

We are offering die forming machine. For disc insulators upto 400 kn. 6 such machines in operation.

We are providing high frequency testing machine. For testing of insulators at a variable frequency range of 150-220 khz as per iec and ansi test specifications.

We are offering thermo mechanical testing machine. (single & dual string), +40 c to -70 c, 20 ton + 40 ton, 2 independent string. As per iec 575 - 1977 or better.

We are leading manufacturer and supplier of huge range of trepanning machine.

We are offering servo oil water intensifiers. Servo oil water intensifiers not only solve the problems associated with triplex pumps but have other advantages too. Also the time required for testing of pipes is much less as compared to triplex pumps.

We have recently developed a unique system which enables replacement of servo valves and their dedicated cards in the roll force and roll bending processes. The equipment is a unique combination of hydraulics, electrical and electronics which successfully replaces servo valves.
