A fly ashconcrete plant, also known as a batch plant or batching plant or a flyash concrete batching plant, is equipment that combines various ingredients to form concrete. Some of these inputs include water, air, admixtures, sand, aggregate (rocks, gravel, etc.), fly ash, silica fume, slag, and cement.

Batching Plant is a three Bin weighing machine which will come in Fully Automatic Model of Fly Ash Bricks or Paver Making Machine. Batching Plant consists of three Bins with 8ton capacity in each bin where all the required raw material in a pre-defined proportion weighed and transferred equally to each Pan Mixer with the help of material separator system and conveyor belt system. At the same time the cement is weighed separately and transferred to Pan Mixer through Screw Conveyor. All functions are controlled automatically with Control Panel.
