Wood & Plywood: All our frames are built using kiln-dried pine-wood and come with a 10 Year Warranty. We also use solid plywood (where required) and no MDF is used in any part of our frames.
Frame Construction: All our frames are constructed using the famed triple action technique of ‘stapled, screwed & glued’ ensuring long lasting durability and allowing us to give you a 10 Year Warranty.
Foams: We use a (secret) combination of high density PU foams in seats, which provide a perfect balance of softness and durability.
Poly fiber: Designs with a loose pillow back have best-in-class ‘recron’ poly fiber filling.
Suspension & Springs: We use ‘no sag’ zig zag springs coordinated with silent wires to allow for equal weight distribution. We use high quality rubberised elastic webbing in the back for bounce and comfort.
Legs: Depending upon your choice of polish, our wooden legs are made of either teak or beech wood. The metal legs are made of steel.
