Polyester has the advantage of high strength, so these are suitable for wide range of application like stitching ,over locking and flat locking of fine clothes, Garments and Woolen  fabrics on high speed sophisticated  imported machines.     
Waxing and lubrication is widely applied to ensure the smooth running of the thread from the needle's eye and without any harm to the all high speed sophisticated imported machines. After lubrication, the polyester thread reduces the coefficient of friction considerably. Due to this and due to the fabric and small spirit of the coefficient of friction as well as good antistatic efficiency, the running and gliding properties of the sewing yarns are clearly improved and a good sewability is obtained. Even when using high speed industry sewing machines, further properties such as poor rubbing and low tendency to curling have been judged as good in practice.
