Sampling: Sampling During Mixing can be done when pressure lid at upper position. This is not possible in ordinary enclosed type mixer. Improved Wear Resistance: Special alloy for rotor contact surface has improved wear resistance. The dry type packing assures that the machine is not contaminated. Replacement and cleaning of packings are done in a simplified manner. Gear Box: The Gears are 'Helical' made of alloy steel forgings and lapped to ensure sturdy and noiseless operations.
