Scrap balers are used for reducing the scrap materials in two dimensions by using hydraulic force from two different angles. The bale density is slightly less than triple compression baler. The balers has one cylinder fixed in horizontal position. Vertical reduction usually take place by hydraulic pressure on the lid cylinder. Santec' dispersion kneaders are specially designed for mixing variety of materials ranging from low viscosity adhesive to high viscosity polymers. These versatile machines can be used in both rubber as well as plastic industries. Dispersion kneaders prefectly controls mixing and blending of raw material to form uniform compound mixture ensuring better dispersion. The machine consists of a mixing chamber fitted with rotary blades, made of high grade steel. Mixing of the raw material takes place in this chamber, the blended compound is then cooled with the help of water. The mixing chamber comprises of a pneumatically or hydraulically controlled pressure lid, which helps to maintain pressure on the raw material during mixing.

The blank holding slide transfers the blank holding force via. The blank holder onto the blank & the draw die. The die & the ejector are located in the lower die on the press bed. During forming, the blank holder brings the sheet metal into contact against the die, the punch descends from above into the die & shapes the part while the sheet metal can flow without any wrinkling out of the blank holding area. In this case, the drawing process is carried out with a fixed blank holder & moving punch. In double action drawing operations, the drawing slide can only apply a pressing force.
