The Construction of the machines are made sturdy and robust to offer vibration free performance     CONSTRUCTIONAL FEATURES :     GENERAL : All Components are precisely machined and assembled to ensure smooth running, interchangeability of parts and life long trouble free service.     Body  : The body is made of high grade cast iron, normalised to ensure strength and rigidity, consistent with neat and pleasing appearance.     SPINDLE : The spindle is of high grade steel and is mounted on deep grooved ball bearings of ample load capacity. The bearings inserted are of high quality. Ball bearings are greased and sealed adequately against ingress of abrasive dust.     MOTOR : Dynamically balanced rotor and also balanced grinding wheels minimize vibrations and ensure smooth running.
