The test terminal blocks are used for easy access during on site testing of Ammeters, KWH Meters, Maximum Demand Indicators, Trivector Meters, Relays and Instrument Transformers without disconnecting from load and avoid CT open circuit problems. Connections for testing can be easily made. The Test Terminal Block therefore becomes an important element of the Metering Solution. The Test Terminals Blocks are designed for projection mounting with either front or back connection possibilities, designated with FC or BC. The Test Terminal Blocks are for 3 phase, 3 wire or 3 phase 4 wire application for up to 50 A continuous rating at 600 V.

The Standoff insulators are made from DMC material, and are offered in different variants : Conical Type, Octagonal Type, Full Cylindrical Type, Cylindrical Type, Round-Hex Type. Drum Type (Taiwan model) Finger type and grip type insulators are also offered - made from standard SMC material.

Panel Hinges (Lift off Type) are manufactured from extruded Brass rods duly polished and Nickel Chrome Plated, with stainless steel inserts and Philips-recessed hexagonal head screws duly zinc plated. We cover all the standard range dimensions in this product that is being incorporated by the panel board manufacturers worldwide and can also offer any customer required variations against request. Please note all our products in this category are RoHS Compliant. 

We offer standard brass neutral bars in sections of 7mm x 9mm, 8mm x 12mm, 19mm x 9.5mm, 12.7mm x 9.5mm having wide applications in distribution / panel boards. Both single screw per tunnel as well as double screws per tunnel can be made available as required from 6 ways, 12 ways, 18 ways, 24 ways, 30 ways, 36 ways, 42 ways, 48 ways, 60 ways upto 72 ways. We have listed some of the designs we manufacture in brass neutral bars. Other than these, we can also cater to any specific customer designs with respect to bolt hole, terminal holes, length and cross-section of brass neutral bars. The bars are generally with fine surface finish and standard MS screws duly zinc plated. The option of cheese head screws or Philips head screws are also available.
