Automatic Water Jet Bottle Cleaning machine is suitable for rinsing bottles with pressurized water and or air wash. The synchronized vertical rotary bottle infeed carrousel wheel feeds the bottle one by one into a pocket. A nozzle is positioned directly below the bottle neck which sprays the rinsing medium i.e. pressurized fresh water, hot water or compressed air into the bottle. After rinsing the bottles are oriented and passed through another carrousel wheel for draining the water particles from the washed bottles.

The Vibrosifter with its vibro-motor mounted vertically at the center of the hopper is ideal for gentle separation of dry powders granules by utilizing different sizes of screen.

The Semi Automatic Bottle Cleaning machine works on compressed air and suction blower arrangement. The bottles are placed in inverted position manually on the nozzle. As soon as the bottle is placed, the solenoid valve actuates and filtered compressed air is sprayed inside the bottle and the suction blower sucks the foreign particle if any. After cleaning, the bottles are transferred manually to the filling machine. It gives an output of 20 to 40 bottles per minute depending on operator skill.
