We are offering high vacuum grease. H.v.g. Compound is a stiff non-melting grease like silicone material. It maintains its consistency over a wide temperature range of – 40o c to 250o c. its low volatility, very low vapor pressure of the base, chemical resistance, relatively constant consistency over a wide temperature range sealing ability, make it an ideal sealant for high vacuum and high pressure systems and sealant-cum-lubricant for chemical processing equipment.

We are offering silicone grease. This is silicone base grease specially manufactured for vacuum system. This is use for lubrication of stop cock, valves of glass vessel. H.v.g - 20 is suitable for vacuum up to 10 � 9 torr.

We offer Silicone Grease.Silicone grease is compounded from lithium soap and synthetic oil. It is white in appearance, smooth in texture and is free from mineral lubricating oils. Operating range of this grease is - 100oF to + 350oF at DN value of 1,50,000. Performance life varies from 500 Hrs at higher temperature to 2000 Hrs. At 180o – 200oF. Increase in torque during low temperature performance is very little compared to room temperature. Ball bearing in rotating airport beacons, heater fans, electric clocks, watt hour meters and recording meters are principal applications of this grease. This grease is also used to lubricate anti-friction bearing in oven-fans, timer motors, textile slashers and driers, drier motors, induction draft units, plastic gears and cones in small appliances, ball and socket disconnect switches, swivel-joint packing, valve stems, continuous weighing equipment & automotive distributor pad joints. In all of these applications, the grease ensures long life and trouble free service with a minimum of maintenance and re-lubrication.

We are offering silicone emulsion. Silicone emulsion is a mould release agent for rubber and plastic industries. In rubber industries like tyres, tubes, fan belts, hoses, gaskets and many other rubber parts. Silicone emulsion acts as an efficient and economical release, and shining agent.

We are offering heat sink compound. This is synthetic base grease free from moisture and impurities. this can work up to 200 amp current. This is use for lubrication of electrical spare parts such as contactors etc.

We are offering damping compound. Synthetic high performance compound for providing permanent and smooth lubrication to precision equipment and for damping noise and vibrations to give a smooth feel to automatic mechanisms devices.

We are offering copper grease. Copper grease is pure copper and solid lubricant based anti seize compound designed to prevent seizure of threaded connection & mating surface due to high temperature operations, corrosive atmospheres & moisture ingression. It is fully resistance to brine water, chemicals, mild acids & alkalis, steam and protects threads from seizure, stripping & corrosion after long operational hours under adverse condition.
