Normal or primary aspirated foam cannot be projected over a long distance, and hence has limited range. SE Water Foam nozzles produce secondary aspirated foam, which typically have expansion ratios of around 1:3 to 1:4, and being more dense, this foam can be projected further as compared to normal foam.
