We offer motorized operated fully automatic rotary screw capping machines. We have models starting from single head followed by four head, six head and eight head. In automatic machines, the bottles are loaded on conveyor manually at entry and all other process of filling will be done automatically. If needed, conveyors of both filling and capping machine can be merged so bottles after filling will be transferred automatically from filling conveyor to capping conveyor. The speed of capping machine can be synchronized as per the speed of filling machine with the help of Variable Speed drive. Some bottles are given worm feed entry with the help of which the bottles are loaded into star plate with timing at high speed. We can also Synchronize Turn Tables and Collection tables at start and end of the capping machines if needed.

We offer pneumatically operated Table top Crown Capping machine where the crown corks are stuck to the head (due to magnet) and bottles are placed on the base for sealing. On pressing of foot switch the head comes down, sealed the cork on to the bottle and move up to its original position. The capping head is well designed such that there is no damage or scratch to the cap (cork) resulting in perfect leak proof sealing. This model is suitable to medium scale industries where high output is not required. The machine is completely stainless steel constructed and only one operator is occupied for doing the capping process. There is no change parts required from one size of another as the machine is flexible for different height of bottles and crown caps have universally one standard size applied to all size of bottles.
