This combines overload slip protection with the ability to couple driving and driven shafts. This consist of torque limiter and roller chain coupling.

This chain, while having same gearing dimensions as the hollow bearing pin chains, has a higher breaking load rating and any attachments can be fixed

Drop forged rivetless chain is used extensively for trolley conveyors, drag conveyors and flight conveyors. It is an ideal chain for these applications due to its high strength to weight ratio, its ability to flex in both the horizontal and vertical planes, and the overall simplicity of the chain i.e. it comprises three components which can be assembled and disassembled by hand without the use of tools.The regular pattern tends to be used in the heavier range of chain in drag and flight conveyors operating in materials that would tend to pack in chain joints. These chains are designed to meet requirement of heavy shock load and wear resistance. They are used in the transmission of heavy plants, earth moving equipment like shovel, excavators, cranes etc. Available in various sizes from 2" pitch to 6" pitch.

This consists of two steel gear hubs engaging in a sieve of high grade of tough and high temperature resistance. The crown gear tooth permits axial and angular misalignment. No transmission noise, easy to assemble, requires no maintenance and lubrication. Available EX-STOCK.

This standard coupling comprises of two hubs connected by flexible spiders. The advantages of this coupling are easy installation, no lubrication, no metal to metal contact, and built in flexibility for angular and parallel misalignment. Three roller idler sets are normally made of 65,80,100 $ 125 N.B.ERW Pipe. these rollers are fitted with ball bearings. Rubber ring idler rollers are provided at feeding point of belt conveyor and it increases the life of belt by 60%.
