Mark the starting point and the point of rubbing action, which indicate the drying point Different Least counts : For a model having one revolution 12 minutes the least count would be 1 division (natural 1 min) mark on gauge i.e. 12 second For a model having one revolution of 6 hours the least count would be of 1 division (natural 1 min) mark gauge i.e. 6 min
