Remove all dirt, grease, carbon etc. Gently rub the surface with the solvent such as acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) etc. and see that the roll/bar/sheet/rod etc. is dry, clean & slightly rough. EVEN A SLIGHT OIL OR DIRT LEFT ON SURFACE CAN IMPAIR ADHESION STRENGTH. Applications : Open release paper (yellow corrugated) from one side & start to stick the tape with thumb pressure.
