DCL series is a highly concentrated synthetic, formulated for aluminum, zinc and magnesium die casting operations. It incorporates a blend of synthetic oils with high temperature polymers that enhance its wetting and release capabilities while producing bright and clean castings. The product also contains a unique chemistry that breaks through the leidenfrost effect much quicker allowing the die to cool. This reduces spray time and amounts. Typical operating temperature range is 200°C to 310°C.
