Stampings: Low loss silicon stampings right from 63 to 280 frames-2, 4, 6, 8 pole (all designs) are completely processed in-house to maintain impeccable Quality and Consistency, the material being directly procured from SAIL. Stamping Division boasts of all 3 types of manufacturing processes i.e. Notching, Gang Slotting and Progressive Toolings for fast and Consistent Stators and Rotors. A 75 ton Cold Chamber Vertical Rotor Die-casting mc and a Centrifugal die-cast mc ensures solid, blowhole-free Rotors.

All motors are manufactured in Quality Assurance System Compliant with ISO 9001-2008. The motors comply with the regulation and standards consistent with IS & IEC standards. The shut off head does not exceed 120% of rated head.The fire pump starts when the pressure in the fire sprinkler system drops below a threshold. The sprinkler system pressure drops significantly when one or more fire sprinklers are exposed to heat above their design temperature and subsequently open, releasing water. Alternately other fire hoses, reels or other fire fighting connections are opened, causing a pressure drop in the fire fighting main.

submersible pumps are vertical, multi stage, centrifugal pumps with motor at the bottom & pump at the top. The water enters at the bottom of the pump and flows upwards through many stages. The stainless steelbronze impellers rotate inside the diffusers with inherent guide vanes. The diffusers direct water leaving each impeller towards the suction opening of the next impeller. Such a flow through each stage of impeller and diffuser combination adds pressure at each stage and finally water under high pressure is discharged through outlet at the top.
