The range of powder clutches produced by tranzil engineers satisfy all demanding torque control applications and can be used for controlling the tension of all materials including paper, plastic film, foil, cardboard, textiles, non-wovens, rubber and wirecable.“precision torque control” on all types of rewinds, coilers, spoolers & re-reelers is essential to ensure consistent product quality and to maximize productivity by saving manpower required on the manual systems. “tranzil” series of powder brakes and clutches are manufactured in wide rating range, form tiny 0.2 kg-m (2 nm) to massive 40 kg-m (400nm). These are true torque control devices. Torque is strictly proportional to excitation current applied to coil. These devices come with matching electronics to meet your most exacting applications such as torque control, tension control, stretch control, torque limit & many more. Powder brakes & clutches are torque control devices. Torque is controlled by varying the excitation current. Torque delivered by powder devices is strictly proportional to excitation. These devices has minimal drag torque, i.e. At zero excitation, torque is minimal and near to zero. This devices are ideal for high torque & low power applications salient features: available in various cooling versions such as self cooled, forced air cooled, fan cooled & water cooled available in various mounting types such as foot mount, flange mount, hollow etc. Rewind torque can be adjusted infinitely variable in the range 1:30 deliver rated torque at zero speed high torque independent from the slip speed at low control power fast response due to low inertia & set torque maintained independent of speed

We carry out total repairs/replacement any kind of installations involving: magnetic powder/ Clutch Repairs & replacement of Dynaspede make tension control models MT-21, AT-21 & AT-23 Repairs & replacement of Re make tension control models T1 or older versions Repairs & replacement of Puretronics make tension controller Repairs & replacement of Alteem make tension controller model WTC-2000 Supply of spare manual tension controls for powder brakes/ clutches Supply of spare speed controller & tension controller for Eddy Current Drives We are taking care of support function for all Dynaspede installations, replacing the components wherever required and we also have tie-ups to carry out the repairs of AC Drives (any make). Unfortunately, Dynaspede has phased out all their earlier series of tension controllers and hence, rather than getting in to repairs of such controllers, we have successfully supplied and commissioned our tension controllers.
