Energypack boilers have supplied high pressure hot water system for 140 c operating temprature with expansion tank & pressurisation pump.      

Energypack has fabricated pressure vessel as per asme under thrid party inspection like eil/sgs/loiyds/rites/burea veritas etc.      

Three pass vertical coil type forced draft forced circulation fully automatic thermic fluid heater designed to suit operating temprature up to 350 c.      

Energypack oil fired steam boilers are designed with stepless modulation presssure jet burner having turn down ratio of 1:4 with heavy oil. All boilers are supplied with electrical & steam oil pre heater. Boilers are designed with higher furnace volume & length to cool down the flue gas temprature ensuring less temprature at inlet of iind pass entry.      

Dewaxing autoclave with inbuilt steam accumalator to take care of more steam demand during pressurisation.

Energypack coil type water tube steam boiler having three pas vertical design to genrate steam within 3 minutes of strt up. Volumatric capcity of coil is less then 25 ltrs.
