The unit is fitted with an efficient radial locking system made of mild steel, Powder Coated , with paddle lifting device. The unit is supplied with stainless steel basket (Optional). The unit is fitted with safety and pressure release valves, water level indicator, cord & plug. The machine is fitted with a fully automatic microprocessor based temperature controller. The cycle is fully automatic including purging, sterilizing, rapid cooling & safety features such as process timer, low level water alarm, over heat Protection, two mechanical safety valves etc. The lid is made of SS.304, with Silicon rubber gasket used for sealing, supplied with pressure gauge & unique special round heater-to achieve pressure up to 20 Psi.
