Danfoss vacuum valves are designed for high vacuum applications and can be supplied with 3 different actuator systems: Manually, pneumatically or electromagnetically operated.

While re-assembling the Valve allow the Valve body to cool to room temperature and clean the part thoroughly. For leak tight sealing use Torque wrench set at 30 Lb.Ft to avoid damage to the Diaphragm and Valve.
If Valve locks in open Position grip Hand wheel with soft cloth and turn with reasonable force in Clockwise direction (towards arrow directing CLOSE position)
