Impact Testing Machine to test the products ability to resist high rate loading. This is one of the most important tests to understand the strength of the product. We also conduct other tests like Hardness Test, IGC Test, Positive Material Identification Test to ensure that all the product going out of our manufacturing plant are the best in terms of quality. SPC analysis is used as a tool to supervise the ongoing processes. Our Stainless Steel Fastener plant is equipped with various testing facilities like Tensile Testing Machine, Hardness Test, IGC Test, Positive Material Identification Test .Tensile Testing Machine Test is also known as tension testing. This is a fundamental materials science test in which a sample is subjected to a controlled tension until failure. The results from the test are commonly used to select a material for an application, for quality control, and to predict how a material will react under other types of forces. Our flanges division encompasses an integrated forge shop which manufacturers all types of pipe fittings i.e. flanges, butt welding fittings in various specifications (ASME ANSI, EN, DIN, AFNOR, AWWA, GOST, BS, JIS, AS, MSS, SA, UNI ETC) as well as forged bars.Our integrated facilities include facilities for cutting, forging, ring rolling and machines with CNC lathes, CNC drilling, high capacity forging press and mobile manipulator for making big diameter forged round bars. We also have an in-house heat treatment shop and well equipped laboratory facilities for ensuring the quality of our products.

The SS Wire Rods manufactured in one division serve as raw material for our SS Wires plant. Our Wire rod division is well equipped with fully automatic wire rod mill from Siemens Italy & solution annealing, soft annealing & pickling plants with high end automation facilities.

Viraj MIG wires are used in Gas metal arc welding (GMAW). Our wires can be used in manual, semi or fully automatic welding & robotic welding. Our wires are precision layer wounded with appropriate Cast and helix are maintained for smooth payoff. Wires surface is specially cleaned for hassle free welding.

Apart from Austenitic, Martensitic and Ferritic, we have also developed Duplex, Precipitation Hardening and High Sulphur – super machinability grades.* On the value addition and quality enhancement front, Viraj is now offering Pump Shaft Quality (PSQ) Bright bars from ½” to 2” diameter and will further increase it up to 150 mm. The PSQ quality will be achieved with precision equipment required for the manufacture of the same.
