Cage lift hoisting unit. sturdy and rugged construction, totally enclosed, splash lubricated oil bath, helical gear/worm box type base mounted, four fall wire rope hoist is a standard feature of the "yash" cage hoist solid pinions running on ball / roller bearings, ensures efficient and smooth operation. Four fall wire rope design keeps the cage movement constantly in center throughout the track and avoids jerks or swings in movement. Gears and pinion shall have 250 to 300 bhn hardness lift crane balance design, with one or two collapsible gate of adequate size, m.s. Fabricated lift cage is designed to lift desired load without any distortion in normal use. Heavy duty construction takes care of frequent rough usage of the lift as well. All the load bearing members are so placed that the cage will not try to shift even the load is not placed in balance condition and load distribution in all members is properly maintained. main entrance frame. each lending will be provided with main entrance frame incorporating one collapsible gate with electro mechanical door lock assemble and push button station. The door lock assembles works as safety feature while lift in operation and also ensures level parking of lift cage at each lending. control circuit totally interlocked electrical circuit with up and down motion as well as limit switches for floor and door lock ensures safety against two simultaneous operations at at time. "t" track and guide shoe c.i.body, guide shoe assembly, sliding over "t" track give smooth and jerk free operation in load and unload condition. The special swiveling feature of guide shoe takes care of slight misalignment of track. limit switch limit switches for all floor level control, for up and down motion and highest and lowest cage position shall be provided. Besides this one additional gravity type limit switch will also be provided at top hook position to avoid accident. The door lock is provided with limit switch which prevents lift operation in case any main entrance door remains opens. cable to indicate lift operation, indicating bulb is provided on push button station on main entrance frame at each lending.
