Rama Stainless Steel 308 L is an extra low carbon 19 Cr- 10 Ni type stainless steel electrodes which has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion. The weld metal has higher resistance to cracking oxidation and scaling at elevated temperature up to 800˚C. The weld metal has excellent creep strength and is of radiographic quality. Suitable for welding low carbon austenitic stainless steel like AISI 304 L, 308 L and equivalent grades used for hospital apparatus, dairy equipments chemicals and fiber industries etc.   Application Suitable for joining AISI 301,302,304 and 308 Steels having 18 Cr/8 Ni. Welding of hospital apparatus, household articles, and components/equipments used in petrochemical and chemical and fertilizer industries etc.

Other features include least spatter,quick freeze and easy removal of slag. Ideal electrodes for all types of fabrication and general engineering works also suitable for ship building, wagon building storage tanks, bridges repair etc.   Application Suitable for general fabrication, structural steel truck bodies, steel furniture and maintenance works etc.

Rama Hard-V is an unique graphite based hard facing Electrode with pleasing operating characteristic on AC/DC depositing an air hardening weld metal which has excellent resistance to serve abrasion with moderate impact as in the case of oil expeller worms shear blades deeper teeth, draggling basket lips crusher jaws etc.   Applications Suitable for the surfacing on dredger bucket lips, oil expeller worms, concrete mixture blades, scraper blades screw conveyors, cements dies rings etc. Deposit should not exceed more than 2-3 Layers.

Rama Cut Alloy is medium coated Electrodes specially designed for faster and smoother cutting, piercing of all types of steels including stainless steel, austenitic manganese steel, cast iron, non ferrous metal in all position. No special skill, supplementary equipment or oxygen gas/tanks are required. It leaves no oxide in cutting edge and does not damaged metal structure.   Applications Uses for cutting and piercing carbon steels, stainless steels, cast irons nickel and nickel alloys, copper, brass, bronze, aluminum and other metal and alloys which cannot be cut by conventional gas cutting process.

Rama Cast Iron is a medium Heavy coating Graphite based Electrodes with mild Steel core wire for non machinable weld on cast iron. Steady and Quite Arc, Intimate fusion with base metal. Self detachable slag is few among many applications. Joining & repairing of cast iron parts, Repair of defective casting, joining cast iron to mild steel. Preheating is recommendation for heavy rigid section.   Applications Suitable for welding of cast iron parts for all types of general reclamation or repair work and joining of cast iron to mild steel.
