Murhopye - Industrial Shaker is a Rotary Two Tier Heavy Duty Shaker built for continuous and trouble free operation.The shaker has two platforms of 60" X 60" size on which the flasks are placed. 36 Flasks of capacity 5000 ml can be placed on each platform and more numbers of smaller flasks can be accommodated. The flasks can be autoclaved and the setup can be used for conducting biological testing or production.For trouble free operation continuous grease lubrication is provided to two sides. Owing to the large size of the frame ( 5' x 5'), the lubrication line is brought out for convenience. The grease enters the main bearing housing in the central part and gets distributed equally to the 2 bearings thereby making operation noiseless and trouble free. In addition to this, in the bottom of housing additional large size grease cup is threaded into the casting which provides the lubrication for a long time.The top platform rotates on three hardened steel balls. The ball cups are also made of hardened steel for long life. These cups are filled with grease which will last for a few months. Four tensioning springs are holding the platform in position. As these springs are not having any mechanical friction, occasional lubrication will suffice.The shaker needs no other attention.
