SingleDouble Decker Rotary Flat Sieve is mainly used for gradation of rice and brokens. In this machine sieving is done with rotary motion. Better sieving is achieved by provision of rubber balls. Efficiency is enhanced by using double Decker sieves with 3 screens. Teak wood construction of sieves is used for durability.

As the cone is properly balanced with a bearing support on top results in vibration-less operation.

The brokens being smaller in length are caught in pocket and as the cylinder rotates they are lifted up to a certain point after which they drop out into a central collecting trough.
