Automatic glass sandblasting machine is mainly used for sandblasting flat glass, with the support of the compressed air, by spraying the abrasive materials onto the surfaces of the glass. It is design upon PLC based controlled system. The processing is undergone in the chamber shell. The glass moves by side into the chamber automatically, and then sprayer system sprays abrasive directly onto the glass. The processing could be easily and freely completed. The size of glass to be processed, moving speed of glass & spraying parameters are controlled by adjusting parameter on system control panel thus can meet different production requirement. With the dust collector system, abrasive materials can be filtered & recycled, thus making whole process economical & environment friendly.
