in each and every designs,we have various crossection of horizontal coloumn such as 2.5ft,3ft,3.5ft,4ft.2 pcs of 7ft is common for all the designs.
so,overall we have around 6-7 designs of rubber moulds,so you can choose in between them.
We manufacture these moulds with natural rubber with suitable proportion of EPDM so that rubber will have very long life(you can cast around 600-700 sets of rcc door frames from each set).
