The Backstory Our efficient and experienced technical team of the company is dedicated to meet the international quality standards and the stringent customer norms with an optimum production lead time. At TRUFORM, we are committed to lean management thus avoiding wastage. We have all the activities under one roof viz. manufacturing, pattern shop, foundry, fettling, machining, cement lining, zinc coating, hydro testing and hence we can ensure that stage wise quality control can be achieved. Also, we have speedy and first time right development of castings due to which lead time to market is reduced. Our manufacturing facility is equipped with all the modern manufacturing and quality control facilities with in-house pattern development and machine shop. We have a complete sand lab, spectrometer and inverted type metal microscope. This sophisticated machinery is handled by a team of 10 quality inspectors to check that laid out practices are being followed in order to maintain the required quality. At our facility, for testing purposes we have wet lab for analysis of ferro alloys, smart lab-thermal analysis for carbon and silicon determination, dye-penetration testing and pyrometer for online temperature inspection. For physical testing we have 3,000 kg Brinell hardness testing machine, 40 MT tensile testing machine & ultrasonic testing machine, inverted microscope with image analyzer to check the micro structure.
