Polyurethanes are known for Abrasion and Tear Resistance, best amongst all engineering thermosetting plastics known. Transportation of ferrous and non ferrous Sheets, Plates, Rods, Bars, Coils or chains, results cutting of even respective metallic object. JEPL selected and formulated compositions have been working beyond customer expectations hence preferred.
Two types formulations are considered on the basis of application at site.
Polyester Polyurethanes For :
Cut resistance
Oil and Solvent resistance
Impact and Abrasion resistance
Polyether Polyurethanes For: :
Water Resistance
Good compressive ability
High temperature Stability
