VANS Gyplast is a pure gypsum based plaster suitable for most internal wall and partition surfaces including brick, block and concrete. It consists essentially of pure gypsum hemihydrate formulated with special additives to control application and setting characteristics. It contains pure gypsum in natural form, eliminated from all impurities. It gives plaster an unmatched work-ability because of its smoothness, coverage and ease of application. When dried it provides a super white, smooth and fine finish.   Other Features Single coat application. Can be directly applied High coverage up to 92 m2/t Enhanced light refection, imparting true color tone and gloss for paint Compatible with any type of paint. Mixing Ration - 1:1.25 Water and Gypsum Powder by volume Thickness can go up to 32mm for walls and 10mm for ceilings 12 months shelf life.

VANS Gypbond is a ready-to-use internal plaster bonding agent with added aggregates, used as a primer/bonding aid prior to plastering on surfaces such as concrete, plaster and difficult, low or non-porous substrates.   Health & Safety Safe in normal use, but the following is recommended: Wash splash off skin or wear suitable gloves. If product enters eyes, wash immediately with cold clean water. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.   Disposal of Containers Safe in normal use, but the following is recommended: Do not leave empty containers where residue could be harmful to the environment. Replace lids and remove any containers to a central disposal point. Any spillages should be mopped up immediately with an inert absorbent material such as sand or sawdust. Limitations Safe in normal use, but the following is recommended: Do not use in areas where permanent dampness is likely. Do not use on new cement, not fully cured. Do not use when temperature is below 5°C Do not use for external applications.
