The machine is suitable for buffing of surgical blades. Our Automatic Buffing Machine is equipped with single buffing head with two loading and unloading arrangements. The surgical blades to the ground are fed into two magazines. Single blade is taken out from the stack of each magazine and is transferred to the fixture plates mounted on to the slide by transferring arrangement. The slide retracts and buffing starts one after other on both the blades. When the slide reaches to its end position, the blades (already buffed) are automatically transferred to the unloading section. While returning, the slide reaches to its original position and the blades are again fed on to the fixture plates by transferring arrangements. All this process is done in continuation. The automatic buffing of 50 to 60 blades per minute is a very unique feature of this product.
