The Tank shallbe supplied with Inlet, Outlet valve, CIP Spray Ball & Outlet Valve.Heating will be carried out using heaters in the jacket which willproduce hot water in the jacket in term heating milk in the tank to requiredpasteurization temp.and holding for half an hour along with slow agitationAs soon as the pasteurization temp. Would be achieved heater would cut off automatically.
