This is a regular-bodied, advanced solvent cement that has medium viscosity and high coverage. It is ideal for industrial and domestic plumbing. It can be used for bonding PVC sheet in door manufacturing and other industrial application.
Applications
Square cut the pipe as per required size and de-burr(s) with de-burring tools.
Clean the overlapping surfaces of pipe - socket
Apply the cement on overlapping surfaces with a brush
Insert the pipe immediately and rotate 90° for better spreading
Wipe excess solvent with cloth
Align it well and hold it for 10 – 20 seconds
If the pipe diameter exceeds 3 inches, apply primer
Precautions
Put the cap back on immediately after use
Do not apply with fingers
Keep away from naked flame
