The gauge rollers, which are integral part of to this machine, gradually reduce the thickness of the sheet and then supply the same to the relaxing web. The relaxing web folds and prepares the dough sheet for cutting process.
Horizontal type with 2, 3 or 4 gauge rollers, made of Chilled Iron, triple roll sheeter, single or twin cutting roll system, intermediate conveyors with independent speed control, scrap pick-up and scrap-return conveyor, swivel panner web.
