Tungsten Carbide Cold Heading Dies are commonly supplied in various types viz; Plain Die, Pointing Die, Extrusion and Trapped Extrusion Type. Different Special face configurations are also supplied as per the customer’s specifications. The sizes range from a Pellet size of 12x20 up to 45x120 with suitable Case & Bore sizes as per customer’s requirement.   Brands available are : PUSHUP

HSS Metal Slitting saws are available in COARSE AND FINE TEETH with and without keyways in above range of sizes: 

Head Trimming Dies are available in HIGH SPEED STEEL (HSS) and HOT DIE STEEL (HDS) quality variants.    Generally these are readily available for Hex Head shape. In addition, Dies for Trimming some special Head shapes like Square Head, D shape, Flange & Collar Bolts etc. are also supplied against order.   The sizes available range from M3 to M 24 (and 1/8” to 1”) in suitable Diameters.   Brands available are : In HSS we have PUSHUP Brand Dies generally supplied in Un Coated Form. CVD Coated Dies are also available on request. In HDS we supply SDM Make Trimming Dies. 

Type : Generally Std. Hex Head Shape. Also supplied Square Head, D-Shape, T-Shape and for Flange & Collar Bolts etc. on request.

MIRDON HACKSAW BLADES are available in All Hard (Low Alloy) and High Speed Steel quality variants. HIGH SPEED STEEL TOOL BITS (Square and Round) are also available in 5% and 10% Cobalt compositions. MATRIX Make ROUND TOOL BITS & ROUND HEAD PUNCHES (Knock Out Pins) are available in M2, M35 & T42 grades. The sizes available range from 1x75mm up to 20x200mm for Round Bits & From 2x50mm up to 20x150mm (with Head Dia +1mm) for Round Head Punches. 

HSS GEAR HOBS for Spur and Helical Gears in Machine Relieved and Ground Relieved profiles are available with Bore and Keyway or with End Drive Slot in Single and Multi Start pitches in M2 and M35 grades.    In addition to above, the following tools are also supplied as per customer’s specifications. HSS Involute Gear Cutters Gear Shaper Cutters Chain Sprocket Hobs Spline Hobs and Timing Pulley Hobs    PUSH & PULL TYPE BROACHES are also available in M2 grade in Splines, Internal Hole and Keyway profiles.    Brands available are: STC/SHB 

High Carbon High Chromium (HCHCr) Steel THREAD ROLLING DIES, DUPLEX/SIMPLEX FLAT RECIPROCATING TYPE are available in above sizes/sections in both Ground & Milled Thread :   Brands available are: ATM, MPT/MPT PREMIUM, AARPEE & PUSHUP in Ground Thread & ROLFAST in Milled Thread.   Generally, the Dies for Standard Screw/Bolt sizes in Metrics, ranging from M2.5 to M12 and in BSW from 1/8”BSW to 1/2" BSW are available Ex stock in suitable Die sections.   Sections higher than 9x8x4x1, Left Hand, Multi Start Threads, Knurling Threads and sizes/pitches not available Ex stock can be got manufactured against order.   Dies in High Speed Steel (HSS) are also supplied against order.   REGRINDING OF USED THREAD ROLLING DIES IS ALSO UNDERTAKEN.

DEAD CENTERS with Plain Male Point and Carbide Tipped Point are supplied against order in Standard, Stub and Extended point configurations in Morse Tapers MT-1 to MT-6.   REVOLVING (LIVE) CENTERS are available in Standard, Extra Heavy Duty, Super Extra Heavy Duty and Jumbo Extra Heavy Duty Models in Morse Tapers MT-1 to MT-7.   Brand available is TURNMAX

COVENTRY DIE HEAD (CDH) CHASERS suitable for 1/2", 3/4", 1”, 1.1/4”, 1.1/2” and 2” CD Heads are available in all Standard Thread Forms. TANGENTIAL CHASERS are generally supplied in 3”x1.3/64” and 4”x1.3/64” sections in standard metric (mm) and inch (TPI) sizes. Brand available for the above types of chasers is NBESON.
