Our Facility
We have a well-established facility that covers an area of 2500 Sq. Ft. Built up. We are formed as an additional unit to the old conventional machining setup. We are equipped with the state-of-the-art non-conventional machines such as CNC Milling -1, CNC Turning centers: 2, Traub: 5, Lathe Machines: 2, Milling Machines: 1, Capstan/Turret Lathe: 3, Centerless Grinding: 1,Cylindrical Grinding: 2, Surface Grinding: 1, Gear Gobbing: 3, Bandsaw: 1, and Compressor 10HP: 1. We make use of quality raw materials such as Aluminum and its alloys, Steel, Range of SS, Brass, Gunmetal, Copper, Polymers that includes POM/ PA/PTFE. We also have testing facilities surface plate, height gauge, vernier calipers, micro meters, bore dial gauge, measuring pins, Go-NoGO gauge and customized gauges as per the production requirements.
